An artistic brooch referring to the Ghent Altarpiece (or the Adoration of the Mystic Lamb).
The cutout on the left is a stylized nod to the stolen panel of the Just Judges.
The black diamond, yellow sapphire, and red ruby subtly symbolize the Belgian tricolor.
